Cancellation policy


There are three different cancellation policies for the activities and experiences offered through our platform:
Flexible
1) Cancellation 4 days or more prior to the agreed activity starting date (100% refund)
2) Cancellation between 48 and 96 hours prior to the agreed activity starting date (50% refund)
3) 48 hours or later are what we call last-minute cancellations (non refundable)


Moderate
1) Cancellation 10 days or more prior to the agreed activity starting date (100% refund)
2) Cancellation between 4 and 10 days prior to the agreed activity starting date (50% refund)
3) 4 days or later, prior to the agreed activity starting date, is considered last-minute cancellations (non refundable)


Strict
1) Cancellation 30 days or more prior to the agreed activity starting date (100% refund)
2) Cancellation between 30 and 10 days prior to the agreed activity starting date (50% refund)
3) 10 days or later, prior to the agreed activity starting date, are considered last-minute cancellations (non refundable)
